Chrome Relic

Chrome Relic is a complete 3D scene: a skull rotates slowly under a softbox and a sunset environment, with bloom and tone mapping finishing the layer.

The main replaceable asset is the Skull mesh inside the Relic scene. Replace it with another model while keeping the turntable parent, camera, lights, environment, and material assignment.

This source is a Scene3D model asset, not a visual Project Input. A replacement model may need its surface assignment and framing checked.

  • Surface roughness moves the chrome from sharp to soft reflections.
  • Reflection strength controls environment lighting intensity.
  • Camera distance reframes the sculpture.
  • Highlight bloom controls the finishing glow.
  • Finishing exposure sets the final tone-mapped brightness.

Replace the model first, then set Camera distance. Tune Surface roughness and Reflection strength after the new object fills the frame.

Import the complete Chrome Relic layer so its Scene3D resource, model, material, environment, lights, camera, turntable binding, glow, and tone mapping remain together. See Add reusable layers.

The layer creates a dark procedural background, renders the Scene3D card over it, then applies highlight bloom and tone mapping. Read Layers and the stack for this order.
