Hue Drift

Hue Drift rotates colour inside the feedback path, so a single shape leaves a trail that changes hue as it ages.

Replaceable sources

Replace Motion sample — replace with camera or video with an image, video, image sequence, or camera.

Useful controls

  • History zoom X and History zoom Y set per-frame scale.
  • Hue shift per frame changes hue from -0.04 to 0.04 each step.
  • History fade controls decay.
  • Source injection controls fresh imagery.
  • Clear history resets the loop.

Add it to another project

Select the reusable Hue Drift layer. Under Connect sources, map it to a compatible layer already in your project, or choose Include original source, then Add layers.
